My own journey in sexual healing has guided me to this work. Many times, I felt numb or in pain. I've struggled with vaginismus, pelvic pain, depression, body dysphoria, and setting boundaries. Past traumas had disconnected me from my body. With little access to my voice and pleasure, I was stuck in my head and focused on performing for and pleasing partners.
Everything clicked when I merged the worlds of Sex, Science & the Sacred. With the guidance of teachers like Shakti Malan and Caffyn Jesse, I realized that healing my relationship with sex would heal me and ripple out into every part of my life.
Now, my body is my temple, my home. The erotic exists everywhere in my life. Passion & safety are present in my intimate relationships. I have maps to navigate the rich terrain.
